MDC Approves Amendments - Midland, Texas- At the regularly scheduled meeting of the Midland Development Corporation (MDC) on June 25, 2010, the MDC Board of Directors approved an amendment to the economic development agreement of Trace Engines, LP. MDC Presents 51 New Jobs to Council - At the April 13th meeting of the Midland City Council; the Midland Development Corporation (MDC) Board of Directors presented an economic development agreement for $250,000 to Apache Corporation as an incentive for 51 new jobs in Midland at annual payroll in excess of $5 million.
